Best Western Plus Heritage Inn, Houston

The hotel has nice rooms and a great location. However, there was an uncomfortable painting odor, which was quickly addressed. My stay coincided with Hurricane Barry, adding some excitement.

The hotel lobby was nicely decorated, the staff were courteous, but the front desk was a bit cold. The property required opening a gate to enter and exit. The rooms were clean and well-kept.

The hotel seemed clean until I saw several roaches crawling on the walls, in the bathroom. The room was big and very clean. The staff was efficient and friendly, going through Hurricane Harvey. The location was a bit out of the central area as expected. The dining could have been better with more fiber and vegetables. The facilities were acceptable.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were very nice and clean overall, although there was a slight discomfort due to a painting odor. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was a concerning incident regarding the room for my kids. The location was useful for my business needs, and the dining experience, while okay, had some room for improvement in terms of variety. The facilities were generally satisfactory.
